Trianguloid Data Deletion

Trianguloid by Rod Software LLC does not require a persistent user account, so there is no account to delete. You can clear local preferences and request deletion of information we hold using the steps below.

Clear data on your device

• Browser: Clear site storage for Trianguloid in your browser settings.
• Android: Clear Trianguloid’s app data in Android settings, or remove the app.
• iOS: Remove Trianguloid from your device to clear its local preferences.

This clears saved preferences such as controls, volume and your saved display name. Clearing local data or removing the app does not delete security or support records held by us or our service providers.

Request deletion of information we hold

Email legal@rodsoftware.com with the subject Trianguloid Delete Data Request.

Describe the information you want deleted. To help us locate relevant records, include your platform, the display name you used and the approximate date you played online or contacted support, if known. Do not send passwords or other sensitive credentials.

Requests are subject to applicable law and verification. Trianguloid has no automated server-side account-deletion feature.

Temporary sessions and retained records

Live session state is temporary and expires when the server releases the session. Security and support records are kept only as needed for their operational purpose, legal obligations or resolving a request. We do not promise a fixed deletion interval that has not been configured. Hosting and networking providers may process records needed to provide their services.
